From tiny dormice to majestic deer, every patient matter. We are a registered charity providing rescue, veterinary treatment, rehabilitation and release for native British wildlife. Our work continues 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, bringing together the expertise of our veterinary team, the dedication of our staff and volunteers, and decades of wildlife rehabilitation experience.
Behind every admission is an animal that needs help—and often someone who cared enough to stop and act. Together, we turn that compassion into practical care, helping thousands of animals every year.

We are Recruiting a Wildife Duty Manager
We are looking for a full-time Duty Manager to join our busy wildlife team.
If you’re practical, organised, dependable and love the idea of spending your working day helping UK wildlife, this could be the perfect role for you.
The Duty Manager plays a key role in the day-to-day running of our wildlife rehabilitation operation, supporting the team to provide high standards of care for wildlife as they recover and prepare for release
We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, notices what needs doing and sees things through to completion. Clear communication, a calm and respectful approach, and a genuine commitment to wildlife welfare are essential.
The role is daytime shifts and includes a regular rota of weekdays, weekends and bank holidays.
